We had a lovely day out exploring the region around Mount Fuji. We were able to get lots of photos of cherry blossoms and of Mount Fuji. The only difficulty we had was finding somewhere good for lunch that did not take too long.

Excellent trip! Shiro was amazing — he somehow managed to avoid all of the traffic and crowds and we had a perfectly clear view of the peak from every spot. I don’t think he controlled the weather, but it was perfect. He was very knowledgeable about all of the local areas and general Japanese history, as well! Highly recommend.
