This tour was excellent. Our tour guide Omar’s flexibility made this trip great. The day of our scheduled tour there was a 100% chance of rain, which would have made seeing Mt Fuji near impossible. After seeing the weather report we contacted Omar and asked if we could change our tour to the next day as the weather was going to be better. He responded immediately and told us yes. The day we took the tour the weather was great! Mt Fuji was in full view, which made the trip.

We were picked up by Morshed from Haneda airport for a fee. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour as it started raining from 9:30 am. We were not able to see the Mount Fuji but covered all the other places. As we were in a layover in Tokyo, we decided to do the tour anyway. Morshed was very knowledgable and knew the spots very well which made things easier for us. We have covered the Shrine, Kawaguchi Lake, Oishi Park and all other spots in between where Morshed showed us the best spots to take photos.

Vohra c/o Welcome Japan Tours, communicated proactively wrt weather condition & we mutually agreed on an alternate date for our tour. We were fortunate to see Mt. Fuji. The guide was knowledgeable, energetic & passionate. He identified a good Japanese restaurant for lunch, we enjoyed the experience. He also showed as a hidden gem, a waterfall- was good. He also tried for strawberry picking, regrettably was fully booked. As per his advice, we did not experience Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. In addition to his tour he shared other points of interest that we could visit in Tokyo, sincerely appreciated. Many thanks

Not English speaking but a version of it, that is not easy to understand. Guide missed out any/all of the 5 stations there are and was all over the road as using 2 phones (texting) whilst driving on the motorway. Not good and at least £200 too much.

Great trip. Took us to very nice locations. Important to do research on the spots to have further background details. Shoutout to driver Diwan for being super attentive with everyone and adapting the trip to what we need.
