The glass blowing demonstration was phenomenal. The walk through of the shop was beautiful. Felt limited only had an hour before we had to move to Burano. Burano was better, had two hours to tour the island. Food was fresh and delicious. Lace demonstration was phenomenal and enlightening. Our guide Racheal was excellent! Informative, funny, witty and knows the well. Excellent recommendations!!

Time in Burano is a bit long, but a scenic island with great photo ops. Additional time needed in Murano if you’re looking to make a major purchase.

Fabulous for adults. Don’t take your kids! They are miserable and so were we! Also, don’t take this tour if you are going to talk the entire time. Very rude to the guide.

Our guide’s family was from Burano and that was the nicest part for personal insight into the life and history there. The glass demo was good but the factory showroom after was very ugly and dated. We managed to escape and see there is a whole side of Murano with nicer glassware shops and cafes but we had no time to explore it. That would have been so much nicer. Burano was so touristy generally although the lace shop family visit was nice . Not enough time to look around and have lunch. If the tour includes a drink, they should have non alcoholic drinks for the kids too. I would recommend this guide but choose a tour with more time in Murano to explore and have lunch and see a less tourist side of Burano.

Incredible experience and so memorable. Our tour guide Rachel was excellent. Words can’t express how much we truly enjoyed this tour .My children were engaged and voiced how much they enjoyed this . Don’t think we could have gotten this much information and navigating the area on our own. Must do !!!
