Very impressive glass masterpieces in Murano. It was a joy and privilege to see how the artists made a beautiful piece in front of our group.

Really nice tour of Murano and a glass factory. There is a walk through their store which has a very impressive collection of glassware but no pressure to buy. The lacemaking in Burano was more of just a store visit, minimal lace making more sales. However there was time to walk around Burano and that was fun. Only negative was the guide was a little rude at times It was hard to hear her over the boat and she got snippy if you asked a question she had already answered. Also 1 too many dirisive comments about "American tourists". Pretty sure most of their customers are American! This tour is probably worth it if you get the right guide.

Our guide was knowledgeable and very good humored. This is really three experiences: glass making demonstration on Murano, lace making overview in Burano, and boat ride. And it included a glass of prosecco. We enjoyed all three and our captain was great too! Lots of free time to personalize what you wanted to do.

The glass blowing was amazing, and we really loved the visit to Burano - what a pretty, colourful island. Lovely shops and sights to just wander around, the people there are very friendly. We didn't stop and have lunch there, but there was both time and plenty of options to choose from. Rachel our guide was lovely, had a great sense of humour, and very informative. The boat driver was friendly (I forget his name) but very helpful getting my elderly mum on and off the boat. Highly recommend - it was a better day than we expected, despite showers on and off all day. The boat was very comfortable, and the glass of Prosecco was a nice touch too!
