The best tour guide is important. Rachele, the guide was the best. She was very informative and enthusiastic. She goes above and beyond by not only being a great guide but also made phone calls and reservations. She is a concierge of the highest level. On this tour you should expect commerce activities as that is how businesses stay alive. I would do this tour again.

As a family we really enjoyed this entire experience, not only riding on the boat but enjoying the cool breeze and also being able to learn and observe how the glass is made was truly amazing and captivating! Definitely an experience you don’t want to miss!!!

Great places to visit, we could get more time on Murano island in my opinion, felt it was rushed and mostly a sales attempt. The guide Rachel was doing the Bare minimum, if she was a bit more enthusiastic, it would have been much more engaging. She was informative and helpful but as far as tour guides go, I've seen much better. Maybe it was the heat and the Italian personality that I misunderstood.

Excellent tour! The glass blowing exhibition was amazing, walking around Burano and seeing the locals make lace was fabulous, and our guide Racquel was excellent! An extremely nice day outside of the hectic nature of San Marco!!!

This is a long lovely trip! I suggest you arrive 30 minute's early as it may take you some time to find your boat. The afternoon boat was very humid in July so you might want to take a morning trip. The glassblowing in Murano is amazing. I suggest you plan this trip for Tuesday thru Saturday.
