The tickets to the museum are legit, but it takes a while to find them, and the ones that it will download to your Apple wallet are NOT the real tickets. And the audio tour you receive is NOT the museum’s audio tour, but somebody else’s “tour” that can only be accessed by downloading some app I have never heard of. Don’t get me wrong, the museum is amazing, and having tickets ahead of time meant skipping a very long line, which is great. But I was really frustrated by the whole experience by the time I saw my first painting, and never bothered to use the aftermarket audio tour I paid for. Really not what I THOUGHT I paid for.

Get a ticket before on line. But what a magnificent museum! Lots of walking and stairs but worth every step. Great cafe upstairs!

Using the tour line saved us much time and was smooth. We enjoyed this Viatour outing very much. Help with a question brought a prompt and timely reply from customer support. Highly recommend Viatour. Worth it! However, I don’t recommend the app for audio tour : Yo something. (I’ve already deleted it) Downloading the audio tour was not straightforward and requires WiFi. I recommend getting audio tour from the museum itself or skipping it.

Viator audio guide is NOT the one the museum provides. This was not made clear at the time of ticket purchase. Wasted time finding this out once inside and then was unsuccessful in downloading app. Ended up paying €6 for museum'saudio guide

OH MY! GO! This was our favorite museum in Paris, though the Louvre gets the attention. And it is huge. We spent almost all day there. Even though crowded, it is well worth braving the masses. Recommend the audio tour, which will highlight some of the paintings that would be easy to miss (less famous painters.) Monet, Manet, Renoir, Gainsbourg, Van Gough, Whistler, Degas, and more.

My phone didn’t have enough battery for the guide access and the price you charged was way more than doing it on my own. The audio at the museum was not an option with my ticket

Though you get tickets 🎟 to enter, you must still go in long, but fast moving C1 line to get in museum through security check. Impressionist are mostly on 5th floor, best to go to very back of 1st floor & take escalators to 5th floor there. They have toilette upstairs too.

If you are handicapped do not go. Too many steps. Although really interesting, especially the Art Nouveau section is great, very tired from the effort to get there.

It will be a bit crowded but well worth the visit. Covers 200 years of incredible art and sculpture. My art history class came alive!
