I was unable to download the tickets despite numerous attempts. Having presented at the entrance of the museum the exchanges with Viator confirming that the tickets were sent by e-mail, I was refused access on the grounds that the tickets had to be held in good form. I had to buy new tickets.

I bought 2 tickets and then had to chase to try and get an answer as to how I’d receive them. All questions went unanswered. Then the day of the tickets appeared but… the museum was closed… so all in all a tremendous waste of time

Easy process, worth the skip the line ticket option with audio tour. The museum is easily managed with a map and the audio tour. Highly recommended.
