  Professional person was knowledgeable and professional and his manner his driving seals were top-notch and he was on time location for pickup was excellent he made his worry about snowing and was outside the vehicle waiting with the sign for pickup I highly recommend the service as they're better than a five-star rating and our driver was excellent Management when I called to confirm did everything that they stated they would

  No pre communication from driver , no driver waiting in arrivals took several messages on the app and a phone call from back in the UK to locate the driver , due to road closures the requested drop off wasn’t possible but this wasn’t communicated untill pick up , really the booking shouldn’t have been taken , very very poor experience

  Our flight was delayed, and we came in hours late on a holiday weekend. They unfortunately could not get us a new limo, but offered me a different vehicle. When that didn't work out they kindly refunded the cost of our trip without me having to ask. They could have said this wasn't their fault and charged me anyways. I think it's pretty classy that they didn't.

  Our limo driver Samih was punctual and called ahead to let us know exactly where to meet him. I didn't realize we would have a stretch limo ride so it was fun to have the experience. Highly recommend this company. Communication with the company was excellent.

  I reached out to find out how I would meet my driver and was sent a number via Viator messaging. I called the arrival number 4 times and texted once. All calls went to voicemail and were hung up. I had a deadline to meet and had to leave. Once I emailed the service to let them know I had to make other arrangements, they suddenly started calling me. They told me a driver was on site. It was too late because they did not answer the previous calls. The service told me they did not receive my calls and would charge me. They did not believe I had called. I submitted call records to Viator. I was still charged.
