• Poor service, bad time management by the tour operator

  It’s not a nice experience. The zipline itself is ok, our guides for the zipline are funny. But other than the activity itself, the whole trip is not well organized and there is service is poor. Firstly, before the trip, our pickup time from hotel was changed a couple of times, and the customer service was not friendly. Then, after we arrived at the activity base, we were dropped off from the bus and nobody told us that to do. After waiting for while, we went to ask the staff when the activity starts. They sent us to lunch instead at 10:45am, and said zipline will start at 11:30am. Of course we have no appetite to eat as it’s only 10am+ in the morning. After a lot of lot waiting , we started the zipline. That was about an hour. When we finish around 1pm, we were told there was no bus leaving the center until 3pm. That means 2-hour waiting doing nothing. After offering to pay for a taxi ourselves to go home, the staff finally agreeed to send us to the bottom of the mountain and called us a taxi. We reach back to our hotel at 3pm. Overall, it’s not a pleasant experience. From 9am to 3pm, only 1-hour of real activity, 2-hour travel to get there and back, the rest of the time is waiting. The service is bad, and the staff is indifferent to our requests and needs. We are disappointed with this trip.

  Great value tour that gets you into the jungle for a different look at the region other than the beach strip in Nha Trang. The zip-line feels safe, the guides provide a clear safety briefing and a demonstration about the lock and release mechanisms on the carabiners. There are 2 suspension bridges to cross between the towers, they are quite scary. The ATV course is great, with water and mud. It needs a lot of concentration and is not for the faint hearted. It is a long day, with pickup at 11.15 am and return at 6.15pm. There is reasonable selection on the lunch buffet. Fried chicken, fish balls, vegetarian noodles, rice, salad etc. It is all cold but edible. We highly recommend this trip.

  Visiting Nha Trang Kong Forest tour is a must do. It was a great day out. The ATV experience was awesome the whole family loved it & rate it 10/10. We also did the Zip Line which was also a 10/10. The staff were absolutely professional, fun, experienced & made our day one of the best days in Nha Trang. Highly Recommend Kong Forest 👍🏼😁
