Max (our tour guide) was friendly, energetic, informative and very funny. He gave us a lot of information, told plenty of jokes and made sure we were all safe and sound. He really ensured we had a great experience. The places we visited were amazing. Thank you and see you again!

I had a good trip and really enjoyed my time on this tour. My whole family loved it as well. Our tour guide spoke good English and would help assist on any questions we had. I highly recommend this tour for anyone debating between Ha Long Bay or Ninh Binh. This tour was just amazing. Great pace and well put together.

Very nice tour with visits to the main highlights. Good guide. Only downside is that it was a little rushed, but I guess it gotta be if you wanna see that much in one day. Would still definitely recommend

Our trip was terrible. Fist is started with unexpected stop in some bamboo factory where they tried to sell us overpriced things and had us sit through a presentation of things. This all took 30 minutes, we could've depart 30min later if we hadn't have to stop there. Then we arrived at restaurant where we took bad bikes without gearshift and we went to some old temple it wasn't interesting. Than we went to buffet lunch, lunch was disgusting and there was so many people like a bunch of pigs. Than we were transported to the boat ride that was nice. But our quide Bang was really unorganized and wasn't able to tell us where to meet, when to meet. It was really difficult to get our group together. Also in our group there was 25 of us, and the maximum on the site said 21 people. So more disappointing. Lastly we went to Hang mua which was fine but everything was really old. Then when we went by bus we were given a questionare which we were supposed to fill and I said there what I didn't liked and than I was questioned by our guide Bang what I didn't like and why. It was really unpleasant. Lastly instead of main road we went on small bumpy roads through villages and when I asked our guide he said that there is a traffic jam on the main road that google said that, but when I looked at the map before going and when he said that than it was clear and it didn't said that there are traffic jams. They probably didn't wanted to pay for going through there

The tour guide hit on me via WhatsApp the minute he saw me arriving at by the pick-up point. Unsolicited & unprofessional. I felt like we were rushing through the activities & moving from one location to the next without the opportunity to enjoy the experience. It was extremely hot and humid, and the hike should have been scheduled first thing in the morning, rather than the last activity of the day. Also, we were only given one hour to go up & down the hill, which is potentially dangerous. The food was awful. The boat ride was extremely crowded. Some people choose to stay overnight. This may be a more sensible option.
