The trip ran smoothly and our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We plenty of time to see a few spots in Normandy. You could spend so much more time there but we were on a short stay so it suited us. Mont San Michel was amazing! So many parts to explore inside and out. Taking the audio would have been helpful. We opted to see the Abbey first and then have lunch so we weren’t rushed. We had a few showers so was glad I had a jacket but they were short and then the clouds left for a while. Watching the tides and surrounds was great too. Other people on the bus were very friendly which made it a lovely day. Worth going !

Great & humbling experience to Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, etc. Our guide, Cristina, was super personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our bus driver, Antonio, was very professional, friendly & creative in adjusting route when we encountered road closures.

It was subcontracted to Go Go Tours. The tour guide didn’t speak English- a member of our group acted as the interpreter. He had no knowledge of the history and just left us to walk aimlessly. The tour bus was late in picking us up, the bus was 91 degrees with non working air conditioning and windows were fogged so could not see out. We were embarrassed for him. He was nice man put in a difficult position. Tour guide thought the group spoke Spanish- he asked my niece to interpret for him.

Similar experiences might be better but if you have booked the one with Amigo tours cancel right away. Our tour guide was very sweet and that is all can say. This was a Spanish English tour and he understood little to no English and I think he read things about the sites on the bus from a script. Once at the sites he offered no context. Like literally …’here is a bunker… many people died Germans and Americans so sad, just kids’. All the other tour guides we telling stories of how many people in the bunkers, how they would be positioned etc and had pictures to show. It was the worst Viator tour I have ever been on. Also the bus was old, AC didn’t work properly. The other abby and village we saw again no context. At all. Terrible…
