1.00Operator is rude. 5 minutes before the start time of the tour, they texted that if I didn’t arrive exactly on time, they would immediately cancel my tour. I asked if I could rendezvous with the group if I’m late and they said ok. I arrived 5 minutes late, and the operator refused to help me find the guide. This was not a problem on other tours I’ve been on, the guide would tell me where the group is and I would meet them if I’m late.

5.00Our your guide (June - sp?) was lovely. She was patient, kind, and spoke very clearly for the whole group to hear and understand. It was very informative and included additional information about the surrounding area, ongoing renovation efforts, and recent Olympics.

1.00I feel this Tour is intentionally misleading. There is no special access to the cathedral (Entry is free, queue up in non-reserved line). In fact by being in the 'tour' we wasted 9:00 - 9:17 waiting for the guide to lead us to the cathedral (!!) even getting in line to enter the cathedral. Then we were told to meet next guide outside (different location) for the walking tour at 10:00. We were on time, as were others, but couldn't find the next tour guide. No way to find the tour or call anyone for assistance. It was a miserably rainy day, so we feel like the guide was a no show. Notre Dame site repeats that no one can sell tickets to cathedral, but I felt with the AAA logo, that these tickets were part of the 'reserved admission tickets'. No - the initial tour guide walked us to the unreserved/ general public / mass line - this tour is misleading and in our case, the walking Tour didn't even materialize. Waste of time and money. Beware.
