Our tour guide, Moe, was so informative about both the inside and outside of this amazing Cathedral. He was funny and really knew how to keep the attention of 24 people. We were able to skip the long line and go right in! I would highly recommend using Viator for this tour.

We paid $180 dollars for two tickets for a guided tour inside Notre Dame and a tour outside. The tour was to start at 1:30. We were told to arrive at 1:15 which we did. At 1:50 we were told our guide would not be there and the assistant who took names would take over BUT here were NO headphones available to use inside Notre Dame. There is NO talking inside so you must have earphones to hear what your guide is saying. We paid a lot of money for that personal experience and did not receive it. We were told we could ask for a refund which we did but they decided to only return $33 !!! Such a rip off !!! WE NEVER got a guided tour in Notre Dame much less an outdoor tour. Definitely what was promised was not delivered. We did not get what we paid for. Terrible customer servicde. They refused to admit there was a problem and they messed up. No human contact just AI driven BS. This was to be one of the highlights of my birthday trip but it really ruined our day in Paris. DO not use this company!!

The tour most importantly bypasses the huge line to enter the cathedral. The tour was very informative and interesting. Out guide Marie spoke perfect English and paced the tour just right.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She was just a little difficult to understand. I would recommend this tour though.

Great, knowledgeable tour guide. Walking through the interior there were so many people it was very difficult to see things and follow the guide. Glad I did a tour as I learned a lot from the guide.

Having a guide was helpful not only in learning about the cathedral but in gaining access. The interior of the cathedral is extremely crowded. I would have been unable to appreciate its history and the beauty without the assistance of a guide. Having a hearing device that allowed me to hear our guide even at some distance was especially valuable

Notre Dame is an absolute must see. We had an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide, Moe, who clearly has a passion for relating all the historical significance and symbolism present in this magnificent structure. The renovation and restoration that has taken place since the 2019 fire is remarkable. The fact that so much of the significant artifacts were not destroyed is unbelievable. There is even an opportunity for those who choose, to enter into prayer, and for us that was a stirring experience and one that will never be forgotten.

We meet our guide Moe at Charlemagne’s statue. He started outside explaining the intricacies of the sculpture around the entrance and a little of the history. Moe was very interesting and engaging. Her pointed out so many features we might not have picked up on. He kept the attention of our group of about 15. And kept us together, quite the feat given the crowd. Even in October! I visited Notre dame in 2008 and it is lighter and even more beautiful than it was at that time. A wonderful experience!!

Cancelled our tour at last minute with the excuse that they were told the crowds would be too large. We went by ourselves and found easy access without any hassle. I guess it was fortunate since it saved us a lot of money, but poor form.
