5.00Fantastic tour. A guide can make or break a tour and our guide was the best. Incredible Lu knowledgeable in communicating the ideas, the importance, the reasons for the paintings (and sculptures) that we viewsd. We ended the tour with new knowledge and appreciation. Our favorite tour in Paris by far!!!

2.00Beware. An entry ticket into the museum is NOT provided in the price. My tour guide was nice to contact me the night prior to the tour. NO reminder to pre purchase an entry ticket. ALSO INSTEAD OF ASSISTING IN PURCHASING THE TICKET ALL I RECEIVED WAS A STERN LECTURE YOU NEED TO READ THE FINE PRINT BETTER!

4.00Our guide was late arriving to the museum. We were not aware that he was trying to contact us through the "Whats App", to let us know he was running late and on his way. This did stress us out, but all's well that ends well! The tour itself went well, Guide was knowledgeable & helpful.

3.00I paid an extra €85 for a private tour for myself and my wife and two other people showed up on the tour. The guide acted like it didn't matter because it was only an additional two other people. That isn't the point. I wanted a private tour so we could have more interaction with the tour guide. We are owed a refund but it really didn't meet my expectation as a result of their selling others onto our private tour.

5.00Went through the museum on a guided tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding the art as he was himself an artist. He explained the use of colors and to achieve certain effects within the paintings. I enjoyed his explanations and thoughtful comments!

Gonzalo, our guide, demonstrated an extraordinary knowledge of each and every one of the works he made us aware of, both with regard to the author, the artistic movement in which he was framed and the respective historical context. The Museum is truly beautiful in itself. We had lunch in one of its restaurants, located in a dreamy lounge. Highly recommended.
