4.00The tour guide was fabulous very knowledgeable and attentive! Very nicely done! The only negative was that someone stole my ticket for the garden and I could not enter. Since I was leaving Paris today it was a lost experience. Perhaps the tickets for the gardens should be given after the tour is completed. I was so cautious throughout the week and this was surprising since I had it in my pants pocket and my scanned confirmation ticket for the tour was in my pocket still. When you advise against pickpockets you are not kidding! Maybe a digital ticket to the gardens so it would avoid this next time. Other than that the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable!

4.00Our guide was excellent and very informative and accommodating. The check in staff was good on the front end but our check in person disappeared at the meet up spot for our return. Then we saw a bus full of people in our group leave. We luckily bumped into another employee and got on the second bus. Would have been left behind if not for him. Meet up time was 3pm. Departure time was to be 3:15. We were there at 2:59. So, frustrated about that. Other than that, everything else was great
