The boat was great - the food was well prepared however very much delayed (we didn’t receive our main entree until we were almost docked). I imagine that’s tied to a kitchen error but otherwise the staff were pleasant and the experience was worth it. Make sure when you are dropped off you go to #19, which is just adjacent to the bridge with the Olympic rings.

Seeing Paris at night from the Seine is magical. The food was very good but not exceptional, and the service was slow at times, then rushed in order to finish. Our server was not especially pleasant.

We were repeat diners. Food met the high standards we expected. View cannot be better. Beverage service was terrible. The person who took the order did not return to continue to pour. Despite prompting, red wine was not brought until meat course had been served and substantially eaten.

A lovely evening of food, wine and viewing the lights of Paris as we cruised the Seine. Service was very attentive as well.

The food was excellent but the Service ruined everything. Although some employees were doing their best, they seemed overwhelmed. The sommelier seemed sick and in a very bad mood, we had to wait 1 hour before placing the wine order and she was extremely unpleasant.

The cruise and meal were great. We had booked the 5 course tasting with wine pairing and had 3 people tell us we did not pay for the wine pairing, one rolling his eyes as he walked away. Cell service was not good once on the boat so it took some time to pull up our receipt showing we had in fact paid for the wine pairing. The servers and wait staff were great, it was just one gentleman in particular that rolled his eyes at us and made the experience not as great as we had hoped, especially for the price.

We recently dined at Ducasse sur Seine for the five-course tasting menu and, while the food was generally good, the overall experience left much to be desired—especially in terms of customer service. Food: 9.5/10 – beautifully presented and well-executed. Linens: 10/10 – impeccable. Wine: 8/10 – a solid pairing selection. Music: 6/10 – background music was underwhelming for the setting. Ambiance: 5/10 – the setting had potential, but it didn’t feel warm or welcoming. Service: 4/10 – inattentive and cold. Maître d’: 2/10 – deeply disappointing. Despite clearly communicating that we only spoke English, he continued to address us exclusively in French. This made the experience feel exclusionary and uncomfortable, especially at a restaurant of this calibre, where service should be accessible and gracious. Overall, we expected a refined and hospitable experience, but left feeling overlooked and unwelcome. For the price and reputation, the lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness was unacceptable.

There was poor directions to this location to begin with and the there was no information provided for the sites we were seeing. The meal itself is very “gourmet” - service was great but we were not told that the champagne and bottled water were not free. Gratefully, a lady at the next table pointed out the Louvre, National Assembly etc

The food was good, but they charged for everything, from the first glass to coffee to water, etc. I felt the dinner was rushed, and because of the summer season, the sun doesn't set, so it's hard to see the city lights. I recommend doing this during less daylight hours. The service was good, and the food was tasty, but for what it's, it's expensive.
