Pierre made the experience fun and educational. Details on flour(s) and their purpose was interesting. Pierre picked up on our friendly competitiveness and called for a mini competition for croissant stretch and roll!

Fun and tasty adventure in Paris that was enjoyed by our group. Great for all ages from children to seniors. I learned a few pearls and ate a few treats. Our guide Pierre was knowledgeable and entertaining.

My 12 year old daughter and I did the baking course on a Saturday afternoon and loved it. David our chef instructor was a superb guide, endlessly knowledgeable, passionate and humerous about his craft. Great English too. We got to bake baguettes, croissants and financiers. Felt that we learned a lot and also got to keep our creations which made for a great breakfast the next day. Highly recommend this for anyone with an interest in baking, and who fancies trying something a little less ”touristy”.

Did the baking experience with my 10 yo daughter during a quick trip to Paris. We wanted something off the beaten path and with the option of learning something new. I would absolutely do it again and recommend to any friend. It’s a great option for a multigenerational group.

We had a unexpected private experience in the late afternoon which was really fun! Our baking expert, Clara (I hope this is the correct spelling), was really supportive and engaged us with facts, fun quizzes (just to see what we were aware of), and tips for when we bake at home (if we plan to)! We didn't even notice how much time had passed due to being engaged the whole time! Clara even shared an event we could go to a few blocks away since we had a big interest in the arts (unfortunately we had to head back to our hotel so we only could walk through that location). Arrival was super simple and the staff was welcoming. We would recommend this experience and would plan to do it again!

First and foremost, the leader/teacher for our class was fun, engaging and wonderful to be with for the class. Salome made sure that all of us in the class had a good time and learned some new things about baking baguettes and small cakes. We also learned that when making Brown Butter, it’s never good if it smells like Mac-N-Cheese…LOL. Take the class to learn why!!
