Wonderful experience! Easy to find the pick- up spot, there is a sign for it right across from The Louvre. Earphones allow you to choose whichever guided language you prefer. Tour showed us the main spots in Paris, wonderful 2-hour bus tour and we will definitely recommend this to others!

No synchronization between monuments and explanations. We passed prestigious sites and there was no explanation just a musical background. Comments should be more documented on historical facts instead of making random humorous strokes. It was very disappointing. Bus lacks comfort

Excellent itinerary and commentary. Love the way that the driver was able to stay still through a few traffic light changes so that we could watch the tower light up at 10 pm. Got some incredible pictures and enjoyed the marvel of the sparkling tower and so many other landmarks which look so different at night. Also loved seeing the blades on the Moulin Rouge turning and lit up. Also applaud the sustainability of this company. Would use them whenever possible in the future.

The Paris by Night Tour is a great way to see the city lights. The tour took us past the main attractions including the Eiffel Tower which we got see lit up and sparkling. We drove around the Arc de Triomphe and saw the Moulin Rouge. The tour takes around 2 hours. The English commentary was a bit twee but overall this was a good tour.

A great way to view Paris at night, many beautiful sites that are viewed with lights: Eiffel tower, The Grand and Petite Palaces, Notre Dame, The Louvre, Moulin Rouge and more. All and all a good way to start a visit (and than visit the sites one by one) The only issue is the quality of the explanation both in quality of sound and repeating explanations that some times are interrupted before the end.

Worst tour I have ever taken through viator!! Arrival disorganized and we had to wait for a third bus to arrive when neither the 1st or 2nd bus was full. The driver drove around and totally missed street for notre dame the first sight on tour. While the audio explained something we never saw ! The driver was chaotic with stopping and starting the bus at weird times. The audio tour never was talking about something we were actually seeing! A full refund should be issued! Do not recommend this Toot bus company at all!!!
Driver did not respond. I also contacted Viator with an update. I'm waiting to hear if back!

We arrived to the meetup location, mentioned on the tix. 15 mins early. I txt'd the tour guide to let him know our whereabouts. HE never replied! We missed the tour!

This was our first night in Paris and what great way to see Paris at night. I highly recommend this as my family really enjoyed seeing the various sites at night and it was timed perfectly to see the Eiffel Tower lights blink on the hour.
