1.00Our flight landed at 830 and we were at the designated meeting spot at 900. After joy spotting our driver we called…no answer, repeatedly. Then we logged into the website and began a chat where “Adonis” tried to reach the driver…no answer. Then our case was escalated only to learn the driver had left after waiting 90 minutes. At this point it had only been 90 minutes and we had been looking for the driver for at least 60 minutes. Then, we were asked to hold on chat while “other arrangements” were made for us. While holding, we received a notice that “due to lack of response our chat had ended”. We fended for ourselves with absolutely zero help form the company responsible for putting us in this position.
