What To Expect
Head to your cookery school in central Paris the afternoon, then meet your macaron-making instructor over a refreshing drink before beginning your class. During your hands-on class, listen to step-by-step guidance from your instructor and master the delicate art of macaron making. Learn how to make the meringue shells in the colors of your choosing and master the art of piping in the buttercream filling. When your macarons are ready, sample your creations with a cup of tea of coffee and listen as your host talks of the macaron’s place in French culture and tradition. 5.00Absolutely loved this class! We enjoyed ourselves so much we actually booked a class for the following day for French Bread making- both classes were excellet. Florence was our instructor for both and she was wonderful- witty and instructive and gave us great information so that we could try our hand on our own at home! Absolutely would not miss, and I would recommend a class at Le Foodist to anyone going to Paris!

5.00This was such a cool awesome baking experience! Macarons are challenging but Florence was a pro keeping everyone on track. Florence had a great energy and enthusiasm. Our group was six participants and they were all super fun and sweet too. You get a ton of macarons to take home. Highly, highly recommended!!

5.00The macaron class exceeded expectations. Stephane, the chef, generously shared his knowledge about pastry making as well as going above and beyond to make us feel welcome in Paris. The macarons turned out incredible. We made lemon and the other couple there made pistachio. This was a perfect mother-daughter trip activity. Would highly recommend this experience and hope to be able to take other courses at Le Foodist.

5.00What a WONDERFUL way to spend an afternoon! Stephane Was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and had a great sense of humor. We learned so much and feel so much more confident in continuing our adventure of making macarons on our own, once we get home from our trip. 5.00This Macaron class was a gift of experience for my daughter's 16th birthday. Easy directions to find location. Great communication from Le Foodist. Family of 4 from the US with two teenage daughters had the most enjoyable and educational memorable event with Chef Florence. This class is limited to 8 participants and lucky for our family, it was just the 4 of us! Hands on instruction from start to finish with clear explanation of the "why's" in Parisian macaron baking. Chef Florence was personable and fun! She humored us with our American "6, 7" teenager ways. We absolutely adored her! An unforgettable family memory forever embedded in our hearts. We ate macarons that we baked for 3 days! Thankfully, we walked all over Paris for 4 days

5.00This class was the highlight of our visit to Paris. Fanny was THE BEST! She is so much fun and had us laughing the whole time. I certainly learned a lot and hope to make a better attempt of macarons at home. Our two teens felt so included and engaged the whole time. I only wish we could have taken more classes while we were there.
