Step into the kitchen with a renowned chef and discover the secrets behind one of the emblematic dishes of French cuisine. The chef will share their experience, know-how and culinary techniques with you during a cooking class on the topic of your choice. Curry roasted cauliflower or Chicken Cordon Bleu: these dishes won’t hold any secrets for you! A complete course suitable for all skill levels, followed by tasting on the spot in classic French style!

Minimum age is 12 years old and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Language of the class: English and French
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the class. In this case, you will be reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid. You may cancel on your behalf, without fees, up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, the full amount of the class will be charged. For the sake of your health avoid eatingtoo much fat, sugar and salt.
We invite you to show up 5-10min before the activity, in case of delay of more than 10min, access to the activity will unfortunately be refused.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Our chef instructor, Gerald, provided us with a well crafted recipe and shared his exquisite insight into preparing Duck Magret. He made all of us feel very special, comfortable, and confident with his instructional methods. Bravo!

flavor is the emphasis so one learns to captalize all of the ingredients. I would prefer to have cooked the meat more than we did.

The cooking class was excellent. The chef provided great detail and tips on how to prepare the chicken and vegetables. I had never made a white sauce. I plan to get French cookbooks and expand my knowledge of French cooking techniques. The meal that we prepared was excellent.
