Your train tickets, sightseeing bus tours voucher and tour information will be sent to you one week prior to your scheduled departure date via email.
Children under 4 years are not provided with a seat on the Eurostar or coach.
We will make every effort to fulfill seating requests on the Eurostar however this can not be guaranteed.
Please arrive at Eurostar departure for check-in 5:30 am Monday-Friday (5:00 am on Saturday) at St. Pancras International Station.
Return journey (Monday-Saturday): Check in at Gare Du Nord is at 7:00 pm. Eurostar departs at 8:13 pm, arriving into St. Pancras International at 9:39 pm. Please refer to the check-in time advice on your train tickets for further guidance.
Train times are subject to change due to operational requirements.
Please note, this is an unescorted Tour.
Metro ticket in Paris not included.
Bookings are subject to the Eurostar conditions of carriage.
Please ensure you have a valid passport and the necessary visa or electronic travel authorisation, depending on your nationality, for travel between the UK and France.
Eurostar has recently renamed its travel classes: Standard Premier is now Eurostar Plus. Onboard service remains unchanged, light meal and drinks served at your seat, along with extra spacious seating.

3.00My primary compliant is with the train schedule.. To maximize your enjoyment in Paris more time is needed. My schedule departure was for 7.00 AM, I was in the train station at 5.00 Am. I was told ito switch my 7.00 AM train to a 6.00 AM Train was not possible. That extra 1-hour could of help us with additional activities i wanted to do. Other than this one inconvenience, I have no complaints. .

5.00First time going to Paris and booking through Viator. Tickets, info and pass for Big Bus tour were e-mailed in good time. Instructions were clear and well presented. Really good trip for a day, and easy to get to big Bus stop via metro. This doesn't give you a metro card for underground so make sure you look on utube for Les Frenchies to see which underground ticket you may need.

5.00I purchased the budget independent rail tour with metro day pass and it was the perfect way to visit Paris for a day from London. The cost of the Eurostar tickets were less than purchasing directly through Eurostar. The tour company met us the morning of departure and provided an envelope with our train tickets, day pass for the metro, Paris map, and guide to checking in and traveling on the Eurostar. The guide was very informative as she explained the check in, security, immigration processes both ways. This was much more than I had expected from an independent tour. Really good service.

3.00good rate overall but with the express train out there were no stops so I/we expected the same on the return and were not told there would be at least 1 (more?) so we rushed to beat everyone off the train to try to get a taxi only to find out we were 40 miles or so outside of London. Luckily there was another train about 30 min later we were able to catch back to London.
