This was the most incredible baking experience we could have asked for. Old (real) bakery, in the basement, but actively used for the bakery above every day. We worked along side the man who was baking for the day but we had a dedicated person with us. He was funny, patient, educational - we could have been there all day long. We made baguettes, croissants and financiers. We had four children with us 9-14 and they had a wonderful time. Great for adults too even without kids. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

Excellent guide walked us through the process of making baguettes and boules and sent us away with a huge amount of bread. Breakfast is a choice from the pastry case and a drink. Highly recommend.

It was really fun and memorable. Mohad was a great tour guide. Would recommend this tour. We made baguettes, croissants and financier. Even my husband who doesn't bake really enjoyed it!
