Mourad at Manon Bakery was our tour leader and he was absolutely wonderful: friendly, warm, knowledgeable, generous. We learned so much and left with a fantastic amount of bread and pastries. We’ve been eating our goodies for days! Highly recommend.

This was less of a tour, although we did see the whole bakery, and more of a chance to learn! With dough already made we formed baguettes, and rolls, rolled croissants, and made financiers! The bakery treated us to a pastry of our choice and a drink, and we were able to take some of our accomplishments home! Truly one of the most fun experiences I had in France!

I booked this for family hoping they would learn how to make baguettes. The dough was already made, they just rolled them. To be fair, they loved the baker. He was great. Unfortunately he arrived late so the class started an hour late. It affected our vacation day itinerary. The girl working the front of the bakery was very rude, so avoid the one with the rbf when arriving.

We had an awesome time at Miss Manon with KT! She shared so many fun facts and the whole experience was very hands on. We made baguette, financiers and rolled croissant. My 10 year old loved this activity!

This was a fantastic experience! We learned, laughed, and ate our way through the different types of bread! Mourad was a fantastic guide. He kept all of us entertained and explained the reason behind the bread as well. We had such fun and would definitely do it again!!
