Nono was our guide and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us a full tour and explanation of the bread making process. We were able to roll, shape and bake our own French loaf. We also made “financial” cookies- delicious. And croissants. We came away with a loaf of bread each and a bag of cookies. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Hello! I went to this experience with my dad, he signed us up, and I expected a little tour and maybe a small amount of baking, mostly watching. But I am so pleasantly surprised by this tour! We had the mont energetic guid , Mohad. He let me pour cakes, form fun and funny baguette shapes, and roll croissants. I completely recommend this activity! We kept everything we cooked

Noonoo was a fantastic host, with a great sense of humour and very factual information about our baking. My 16yr old son and 13yr old daughter loved this experience at Miss Manon bakery and having some good jokes with NooNoo. We made a baguette each using dough provided, and financial cookies from scratch. There was enough time for these to cook and take home. We also learned to roll some croissants from pre prepared pastry. Thankyou NooNoo for the knowledge you shared with us and the enjoyment of baking you shared with my kids and I. With love from Australia.

Everything in the neighborhood is called The Hotel Deville. Even City Hall. I asked numerous people and spent 45 minutes wondering around, using different maps, and asking people where it was to no avail. Disappointed.
