Important note: if you’re going before two you have to enter from the north side of the building. Apple Maps will take you to the south. Otherwise, loved the museum

This was disappointing. I could not download the ticket. Had to repurchase at the gate. When I contacted the agency, Viator indicated that they could mot refund the money that I spent. So I had to pay twice to gain entrance.

Overall great value for the entrance charge. Lots to see - though you can easily skip through the bits you’re less interested in. Free maps at the entrance in multiple languages. Well laid out & info boards cleverly set up so you can simply flip them over from French to English. Surprisingly not busy so easy to stop and see everything you wanted. The church is a stunner even without the attraction of napoleons tomb. There are lovely gardens as well and quaint coffee van and seating area. Very glad we visited.

Outstanding museum. Very well done from top to bottom. Definitely not to be missed. Much of this I knew but much of it I did not.

Worth a visit. We didn’t have time to see it all, but this is a wonderful museum for exploring military history. Highly recommended.

Very easy to book. Tickets are received well in advance of visits. You don’t have to queue to buy your ticket to museums

After getting lost - twice- we arrived at exactly 5:37 and was denied entry. So very disappointing as we left Paris the next day.
