Last climb depending on tower closing hours: 10pm for 10:30pm closure, 11pm for 11:30pm closure.
Please note that the terrace is closed from 7pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. However, 56th floor remains open until 11pm on these days..

1.00We arrive a little early before our designated time and even though there was nobody there, they would not let us up to the observation deck. Contacted tour provider through the app to change time, but no response.

3.00We had booked a ticket through Viator in advance to visit Montparnasse. When we were on site, we were not able to visit Montparnasse because the tower had to close due to technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we hadn't seen Viator inform us about it the day before via email. But we were able to clarify everything on site with a direct phone call to Viator. In the phone call we were kindly helped and we also received a confirmation about the cancellation including refund of the booking amount. Viator's Service worked really well. Montparnasse itself is not particularly recommended as a tourist attraction in my opinion, although we did not visit the tower, but the area is rather run down, the entrance is difficult to find, and otherwise everything seems a little less beautiful than at the other sights of Paris.

1.00The tower was closed and will be closed until Friday. Tried to reach for rebook for another day but until now without success. No warning for the tower closure.
