1.00A rip off. Told less then 24 hours before vist that needed to download another app and use my own phone and headphones for the audio tour. No time to obtain headphones and the app had no record of my booking.

1.00Tour operator provided tickets too late (I was traveling the day before and asked specifically to have tixs sent early. No internet in front of Notre Dame....Notre Dame ticket checker said they did not recognize the payment or information I had from the booking. Said tour operator a scam. Trying to get money returned from viator...missed trip....don't waste your time with this one
