3.00Just like the review I read on the Viator website, my tickets to various Paris museums were not forwarded in a timely manner. Rather when I didn’t receive my tickets, I had to call Viator’s New York office repeatedly before tickets were sent. I received my Louvre tickets ten minutes ahead of my assigned time when I was more than a half hour away. The experiences were excellent but the service was truly lousy.

5.00The museum is enormous with many different art forms from all time periods. Our tickets were not time specific and we arrived at 1pm on a Sunday. We didn’t have any wait to enter with our Skip the Line tickets, but the museum was very crowded, especially the Impressionist exhibition, as expected. We spent 3 hours and viewed a wide range of art. Our favorites were the special Christian Krohg exhibit, the City of Paris development, and the Impressionists. A criticism is that the wayfinding throughout the museum is very confusing and frustrating. It was also very warm on the upper floors. Would recommend a visit and the Viator tix.
