Pont Alexandre III
The Pont Alexandre III is one of the most emblematic bridges in Paris, France. Inaugurated at the Paris Universal Exhibition in 1900, it spans the Seine and links Les Invalides and the Grand Palais on the right bank to the Champs-Élysées district on the left bank. The Alexandre III bridge is distinguished by its elegant architecture and artistic decorations. It is adorned with sculptures, elaborate lampposts, gilded nymphs and artistic details, representing a Belle Époque aesthetic. The four stone columns marking the ends of the bridge are surmounted by bronze statues of Pegasus, the winged horse of Greek mythology.

5.00A really lovely experience passing by major sights of Paris including Eiffel Tower light show on the hour. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. We had the vegetarian option (ordered in advance) which was excellent.

4.00The food was ok, the dessert was very good, however, bottled water was suppose to be part of the meal, they charged us 9 Euros for half a glass of water (this was for 4 people) we tried to tell they that bottled water was included, they told us no, so we had to pay for it. Very disappointed in this switch and bait. The scenery at night was awesome. Would I recommend this cruise, probably not, the crew wasn’t friendly.

3.00The cruise was okay. I thought the boat would go farther, but it was pretty to see the city from the river. Hard to take photos because the glass was so dirty and the lights inside the boat bounced off the windows. The food was only ok. I’d have rather just had some crackers, meat, and cheese. They served a steak for an additional cost and literally my jaw hurt from chewing it so much. I probably would have rated this higher, but the server literally spattered a steak sauce all over my $800 suede jacket and ruined it. Professional cleaners couldn’t get it back to its original state. They continued to charge us extra for window seating and steak 😂

1.00Lousy. The address they put in is not where the boat is. We stood for half an hour and there was nothing where it indicated. We ran out of dinner, stranded on the Seine and unresponsive from the boat. Well, we called nonstop, and nobody answered. And there was nothing left of where they indicated or the street number that They meant. THEY ALSO DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY! Very bad experience.

5.00The whole experience was wonderful. Food was excellent and waiters very friendly. The only criticism I have, and it's not their fault, was that the reflection of lights from the inside of the boat, meant that photos were practically impossible from your seat. Although there was plenty of opportunity to go onto the deck and take pictures from outside. A fantastic experience and we, my wife and I, would definitely do it again. Great value for money!

2.00The dinner experience was satisfactory. I had invited friends visiting from California and that was their first night in Paris. They were looking forward to it. First of all, it was communicated on the menu that we had choices for the entrée. Everyone was actually served the same entrée. The foie gras was sugary, but the salmon was good. My friends all ordered the steak, which was 7 euros extra per person. They left half of it on the plate, and said it was not of good quality. They didn’t make a fuss of it. I ordered the fish. It was pretty good. Before boarding the dinner boat, we had drinks on a boat next door, thinking it was the dinner boat. My friends ordered a bottle of wine, which they didn’t finish. We then asked the captain of the dinner boat if we could bring the bottle to dinner, and he happily gave it a go. When arriving at the table and seeing the bottle, the waiter was very unprofessional and not kind to us at all. When I specifically explained to him that we asked for permission from the captain beforehand, the waiter angrily answered that the captain’s job was to stir the boat only. Well….French service at full speed !! I’m French, and I felt bad for my California friends to witness such service ! The ambiance…the music was very loud at times, so loud it was challenging to hold a conversation. The boat was full, so the noise was pretty high, on top of the music. Despite all that, my friends were happy to see the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty from the boat at night. We paid 10 euros extra to have the table by the window. Would I recommend this dinner cruise to friends ? Big NO.

4.00Good food. Good service. However - we had seats in the center aisle. There was an empty table for two by the window. Once we were sailing, I asked if we could move to the empty table. The waiter would only move us if we paid EXTRA! That is silly since the boat was already moving - no one else was going to get on! So, the nicer table stayed empty.

1.00Terrible information on getting to the boat!!! Our Uber driver spent 30 min in an attempt to locate the boat. He asked other cruise operators, who were unaware of this boats location. We got out & walked up & down the river, asking vendors along the way, asking if they knew of this location. No one did. We spent over an hour attempting to find, and finally had to give up. This was to be my birthday treat, that I had looked forward to for months. As soon as we arrived back to our rental, I messaged the operator. I was hoping that they would offer me another date, or refund me. They didn’t respond. I contacted Viator, who requested a refund from them. I was denied. In issuing this review, it is to inform others, that this operator needs to correct their directions to the boat, put a sign in front of it, and re-evaluate how to please a customer.
