Explore the City of Lights with a quintessential Seine River Cruise in Paris! Choose from a variety of daily departure times to suit your sightseeing schedule, and then check in for your cruise near the Eiffel Tower. Hop aboard a popular Bateaux Parisiens riverboat, and soak up the passing sights of iconic attractions like Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay. Glide beneath beautiful historic bridges, including the famous Pont Neuf. Even the riverbanks of the Seine are a sight to behold and have been collectively designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Along the way, a prerecorded audio guide provides commentary on the history and legends of Paris. The boat will turn around after about half an hour and cruise back up the opposite bank for a scenic and leisurely introduction to the magic of Paris. Your sightseeing cruise ends back at the original departure point near the Eiffel Tower.

Departures are between 10 am - 10 pm (one departure every 30 minutes) from April to September.
Departures are between 10:30 am - 9 pm (one departure every hour) from October to March.

2.00The cruise itself is fine, but the process to get on the boat is ridiculous. You don't actually go at your scheduled time. You have to stand in a line for your tickets, even though you already bought them, and then stand in another line to board the boat. It took us over an hour to get on the boat. Viator also messed up and never sent me the correct voucher in the email, and the boat company told me I couldn't board, even though I had my confirmation number. Luckily, a nice worker let us go on anyway. Next time I would book with a different company that you can sign up for your time, and just get on the boat, instead of taking up precious vacation time with just standing in a line.

1.00We had to change our cruise because of circumstances beyond our control! We contacted Viator and notified them. We received written confirmation to change to next day. The cruise company would not accept our tickets. We purchased new tickets at our own expense. We contacted Viator with all our documentation, but they refused to refund/give credit for a future excursion. We will not use Viator again after being their customer for years and sending thousands of dollars with them! Very frustrating customer service!

1.00We booked a 9:00 cruise months before and planned our evening around it. The ticket instructed us to get there 15 mins in advance, we arrived 30 mins in advance to ensure we got a good seat. There were THOUSANDS in line. I was told that there was no way we would get on the 9:00 but maybe the 9:30 or 10:00. I scheduled that time for a REASON and was not able to stay as we had a packed schedule. I requested a refund to which I received no response.
See it all in 1 hour!!

5.00Amazing experience, would definitely recommend to anyone in Paris. The ship was clean, spacious, and the commentary was on point. Nothing but good thing to say about it, great experience and enhanced our great time in Paris.
