This definitely isn't the tour to to take if you're expecting to learn about the sights along the route. After only a few minutes of using the audio guide I realized it's not worth using as the landmarks being talked about were nowhere near us. You're sitting on top of a bus in cold weather with lots of Paris traffic around you- not the best circumstances to listen to a headset. With that said we had a great time seeing all the lights out for Christmas time in Paris. The highlight was getting right in front of the Eiffel Tower as it sparkles on the hour! I'd say that alone is worth the price of your ticket as you get a beautiful unobstructed view from a higher level. I recommend tempering your expectations on the bus ride and you'll have a great time!

It was vert nice to travel around city with bus especially when it’s cold. I enjoyed seeing the monuments of the city all at once.

It was a beautiful start to Christmas Eve. Paris is the most beautiful city in the world at Christmas and this is a great way to take in all of the annual illuminations. It’s really the only way.

Terrible experience. Herded like cattle onto several Buses with no narration or service other than a random narration from their non Christmas tour. Just awful. Literally were begging to just be let off.

I paid 35 Euros for 2 hours drive on the half open bus around Paris. I had wonderful time. You also get earphones playing nice Christmas music. It was brilliant from start to end. After you get free Coffee and cake voucher to used any time at a high street store. Thank you to all the staff.

Well, on the whole, the tour was quite nice, but just quite nice. Once at the meeting point we were struck by the blow: a total of 4 buses were in use and it was not clear whether you would actually get a seat on top of the deck or possibly have to sit below deck. But that worked and we were well packed so it doesn't get too cold upstairs. Important: Bring warm clothes !!!! The bus was already stuck in traffic after a few meters - Parisian traffic and it went STOP and Go through the illuminated Paris. So at 18:00 there is a lot of traffic and progress is slow - maybe the 20:00 tour would have been better. The headphones were not issued, here we became active ourselves and picked them up at the entrance. What was good, there were fleece blankets available at the seats! The promised Christmas music consisted of a few pieces and was always repeated. This didn't exactly lead to a good mood and we took off the headphones at some point and enjoyed the lights without music. Comments on the sights were meagre, sometimes in the wrong place, sometimes double, sometimes disappeared mid-sentence. You get a flyer on the bus, which you are not registered with, which includes a voucher for a drink and a pastry at Printemps. So don't forget, go cash it! CONCLUSION: Nice tour with optimization potential. For 35€ per person already very expensive.

This trip was terrible because we booked a bus with no roof and ended up with one with a roof so we could hardly see anything. We were prepared for rain in foul weather gear but it had stopped. The only photos I was able to get were by hanging out the bus window! The staff were non existent and only around to hand out coupons for Printemps while having the nerve to tell us to rate them 5 stars!
