The Pearl Harbor and USS Missouri are must -see sites. It was very convenient to have Karma Tours pick us up near our hotel in Waikiki, acquire our free passes for Pearl Harbor and purchase our Mighty Mo tickets. Karma tours communicated clearly what to expect, what to bring and not bring (e.g. only cell phone, water bottle and clear bag allowed), and where to meet for pick-up since Apple Maps was a bit off in this case. I felt, though, they should have communicated when the driver was about 15 min late due to picking up 3 ADA customers. Ro-Ro the driver was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. She communicated very clearly what key boat or shuttle times to catch once we were on-site. However, for a family of five, I felt the tour was an expensive taxi ride, where you are transported to and from the attraction, but no guide accompanying the group while onsite (it’s not needed, but for the price would seem appropriate).

We had a great time in Pearl Harbor and even visited the National Military Cemetery on the way back! Our driver Clift was knowledgeable and friendly. The USS Missouri was awesome and the USS Arizona was somber to say the least. Overall it’s a must do if you’re ever in Honolulu!

Don’t panic if you’ve booked more than one experience at the same place and don’t receive all the tickets at once… they look after them so you don’t lose them… we panicked and needn’t have as everything was seamless and fantastic. Tour guide was friendly, really informative on our way to Pearl Harbor giving us interesting information along the way.
