We were very lucky to be able to go on the USS Arizona Memorial. They're doing preservation work and not many people have been able to get on the memorial. Great experience with Rich, our tour guide.

Great tour guide. Disappointed that we could not get to the Memorial site due to construction. Knowledge of area & sites excellent. Very comfortable van to travel in. Guide dropped us off at a separate site & made sure we were safe & knew how to get to our final location. Would highly recommend Viator.

Well orchestrated. Rich was very helpful with recommendations for logistics and options. Also provided nice insight along the ride there. Great attitude. We had some riders who got on the wrong ride and he had to find them. Still stayed on track/time. He also encouraged to participate despite ongoing work at the Memorial limiting access and flow. He was spot on. Glad we went.

my gripe first: wish it had been made clear by Viator that boarding the Arizona memorial was unavailable. Texts from the park service were very vague. I would have done a different tour—submarine, USS Missouri etc. Rich was an excellent guide. On time, knowledgeable and helpful.
