Such an amazing excursion with Beautiful Sites

4.00This was an amazing day trip. Our guide was super knowledgeable, funny and patient. Only thing is I thought the excursion paid for evicting (with the expecting of our own food) however , At the Dole Plantation we still had to pay for activities at dole (Garden, Farm Train). It’s inexpensive however I was under the impression that it was all covered. All-in-All amazing experience!

5.00Bus arrived on time. Driver gave a lot of information regarding tour. Travelled to Dole Plantation 1st. Arrived at opening time so first in queue for pineapple train. Had plenty of time to visit gift shop. Stopped at North Shore to visit stalls . Then into Haleiwa. Plenty of time to visit. Enjoyed the tour
Bus 54 Broken AC and chemical exposure/ leak on 4 rows of people

1.00The back 4 rows of the bus had water spill out of the AC all over us every time the bus took a turn or hit its brakes. There 7 rows on the bus. A driver said there was nothing wrong with the bus AC when we departed, but we all knew that was a lie because several people took pictures of the drip marks on the backs of the seats as well as the entire back wall of the bus being soaked and stained. I got water in my eye and took photos and video of this. This water could have Freon, black mold, or other dirt and chemicals in it that could be dangerous. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will push for a refund.
The van AC was leaking...

3.00The van AC was leaking water everywhere. The driver had to turn off the AC to try to accommodate. It was hot muggy and wet in the shuttle van
