Lisa is a wonderful guide – incredibly engaged, kind and friendly, as well as highly knowledgeable and professional. From the very first message, she responded quickly, helped us shape our ideas, and customized the tour perfectly to our wishes. She is flexible, reliable, and truly passionate about what she does – you can feel that right away. But let’s start from the beginning: Do you really need a guide for cosmetic shopping? At first, that might sound unnecessary – but after our experience, the answer is a clear yes! Before our first trip to Japan, we had done lots of research online and saved dozens of “must-buy” products. Yet once you actually stand inside a Japanese drugstore, you realize how overwhelming it can be – unfamiliar brands, different packaging, Japanese labels everywhere, and an endless selection. That’s when Lisa becomes absolutely invaluable. She guided us confidently through the cosmetic and drugstore jungle, showing us the best products, explaining everything in detail, and tailoring the experience exactly to our interests. We really appreciated that Lisa recommended products based on her personal experience, which made her suggestions feel authentic and trustworthy. She also kept our interest in natural ingredients in mind when making recommendations, which we really appreciated.
