1.00Be aware. There is no guide included. Garden is open to all . Admission ticket is inexpensive so no such thing as premium ticket. The absolute experience we have had with Viator.. After many texts and calls we got no compensation.

2.00My problem was with my ticket. I was unable to open it and they wouldn’t take the email I had showing my confirmation. I had addressed my concern about this with Viator before I left on my trip. I think I have used Viator before and not had a problem so I believe the problem was on my end. It was just disappointing so before I figure out what the problem was, I’m hesitant to book again.

4.00The museum DO NOT accept the ticket downloaded to your wallet. We were pulled to the side, told that our tickets were not valid and asked to buy new tickets. When I complained, they checked the mail from viator and eventually let us in using the bar code on the pdf. Not a great experience.
