Operator was on time super efficient in terms of getting into the Lourve getting me setup for my tour his English was excellent I’ve toured the Lourve many times having brought tickets online and in person for the small cost extra this is totally worth the extra to express past the queuing

The instructions were less than accurate. Stood in line with what I thought were tickets to enter the museum, only to be told that they were not tickets but a tour confirmation. Subsequently tried to find the tour guide and they were a no show and could not be reached by phone. Waiting for a refund, so disappointed!!!

They did not offer a refund after the museum closed due to the robbery. They kept my money when the museum closed! I went to the museum and was simply told it was closed, no one was there to offer a refund. It was canceled, I should have been refunded.

Wanted to update our review, we had booked this then the Louvre was closed due to the robbery and we were told no refund even though this was out of our control, but after continued talks Trip advisor gave us our refund. Thank you for showing fair customer support

I was unable to get in touch with the tour operator. I did not receive an email from them with instructions on where to meet. I tried emailing them at the email address specified ([email protected]) and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I tried calling them at least 10 times and was sent to voicemail. I left a message and did not get a call back. I tried SMS and WhatsApp but was not able to reach them. I’m now trying to get a refund from Viator but it’s taking time. I recognize I booked my tour last minute, but the booking was available.

This was simply a quick entry into the Louvre on a day when no other tickets on the official site were available. Spontaneous, easy to purchase while standing in front of the pyramid, and flexible arrangement for meeting up prior to entry. I would do it again if need be. Excellent option for the spontaneous traveler.

It is very important to understand that although you receive a voucher with the ticket, that ticket IS NOT VALID to enter. You have to go ahead and coordinate on the phone with a person from the agency to put you through. The price is triple the common ticket, but I had to buy it, not to get into a fast pass but because I couldn’t get tickets elsewhere.
