5.00AlpExcursion.com provided driving services for my workshop group of 15 people in September. They did a great job with our three city-city transfers and four day trips. The drivers were personable, knowledgeable, and professional (thank you Goce, Daniel, and one other). They all offered restaurant and attraction recommendations everywhere we visited. Only one slight snag when there were unavoidable traffic delays picking us up and we weren’t made aware of the reason for the delay and subsequent updates until we called them. 1.00The tour guide couldn’t speak good English as he was from India and very hard to understand. He also never talked unless we asked him a question. He took us on a boat ride and said it was included and the boy captain was very mad and said he should have known better. I asked him to explain the historical sites and he had no knowledge. The worse tour we have ever taken. We need a refund please as we left the 2hr excursion after 25 min of nothing
