At the airport, either the driver or the airport attendant with a name board will greet the passenger at the exit gate outside the arrival lobby.

The driver will park at the location specified by the passenger.

You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
