We visited Beijing from San Diego, CA, to explore The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and The Great Wall, and Jack made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He arranged drivers to pick us up from the train station and handled all of our transportation logistics, which was a huge relief for our family of seven. Jack’s knowledge of Chinese history brought each site to life, and he made sure to take great family photos along the way. We had an amazing time and are grateful to have made a new friend in Jack. The historic nature of the sites we visited was awesome, but equally important to us was our guide’s thoughtfulness and sensitivity to my husband’s physical limitations as we proceeded on our tour. Her thoughtfulness made our tour much more enjoyable.

We recently completed this tour. Our guide was Edward and he was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate our way through the crowds. Our driver was excellent and he and Edward made our tour exceptional and an experience we will never forget. We found Viator fantastic to deal with. We were concerned booking from New Zealand but found the process easy and very professionally managed. We rate the tour, our guide and driver 12 stars out of 10. Margaret and Evan
