1.00You sent a car not a mini van as we were picked up in originally his car could not accommodate our luggage just not right so William at the Pullman had to get me a minivan thru his uber acct while Viator said and did nothing I would like a refund please

2.00We booked 2 vans to take 9 people to the airport. Only one showed up and when the driver called back the company said that was all they were sending. Very uncomfortable ride. Requesting a refund for the van that did not show.
