5.00This service was excellent! The company reached out to confirm we made a reservation after we booked an airport transfer. They wanted to check flight details and to confirm requested pick up time and location. We were contacted the day before our scheduled pick up to confirm again, and our driver Zou made sure to arrive early with our name on a sign to alleviate any worries. The green plate vehicle was a very smooth drive with great AC. A fantastic break from the humidity. Thank you Zou, for your professionalism! It was truly a great way to end our time in Japan.
