5.00We took a one day private trip to Hakone/Mt fuji. Mr Abdul was my driver/guide. He speaks fluent english, is punctual and is extremely accomodating. He showed us the photo spots, took photos for us and went out of his way to make our trip a pleasant and memorable one.

4.00The rest of the trip was good, I just didnt like the museum personally. The guide was friendly, he was a bit late when he came to pick us up from hotel, but the rest was ok.
Beautiful nature and viewpoints in Hakone and Lake Ashi with an experienced and lovely tour guide.

5.00Our tour exceeded our expectations. We loved stopping at all the best photo spots that Abdul brought us too and didn’t expect the wonderful photos he took for us. Hakone and Lake Ashi were beautiful; we enjoyed the shrines and the peaceful nature walks. The timing of the tour was perfect and Abdul was flexible, professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

5.00This was easily the best day of our vacation thanks to Abdul! We were traveling as four adults and a 4 month old baby. Abdul is a fantastic tour guide with a wealth of knowledge he shared during the drive which made the trip pleasant and fun. He gave excellent suggestions for the itinerary that were also baby-friendly, arrived early (earlier than even the scheduled 7am time), had a comfortable car stocked with water bottles, waited patiently anytime I needed to take care of something for the baby (even escorted me across the road for changing table etc.), took great pictures of us, and even shared his own sweets with us. We got AMAZING views of Mt. Fuji and got to take breathtaking pictures with it in the background from an amazing place he suggested. Abdul has such a kind, warm, and joyful personality. This is a MUST-DO activity for anyone visiting Japan!

Abdul arrived early to pick us up and greet us and he had the best suggestions to show us around! He had the perfect mix of guiding us and letting us explore area by ourselves. We feel spoiled and treated well throughout this tour and would recommend it highly to everyone!

5.00Kia Ora We really enjoyed our tour yesterday 04/10/25 From the time we were picked up to the end had been an amazing day, even though we didn’t get to see Mt Fuji due to the weather it was still an amazing day. Would recommend this tour to anyone. Even though it rained (no down pour just nice warm rain) us kiwis walked around without an umbrella or raincoats (it was lovely) Our tour guide Abdul was a mazing ☺️ he left us to do owe our thing once we reached the ship (in my opinion this is what a tour guide should be doing) I would give Abdul more than a 5 star rating ☺️ ngā mihi nui Abdul Rhonda From Aotearoa (N.Z)
