Shall we start preparation with madam Yajima, She instruct you with easy way in her experience and knowledge. also, we teach you fish dishes(fillet-it-yourself), how to grilled Teriyaki, how to arrange Okonomi-yaki !!
Basic preparation of homely style cooking. We are using Japanese original foodstuff. you can find your new cooking idea and method.
Also,You can try Japanese lunch box "BENTO"= lunch box, which is very balanced lunch style, each items are so nice colored, when it will be opened, healthy and so yummy.
At Yanaka small home, you will be able to cooking with Tokyo local style.also, you can eat yours cooking items.

The cooking Instructor of Ms Yajima was born in the YANESEN area, she loves cocking in Tokyo's local style, also has cooking instructor experience, she can instruct in English. You might feel informed about Yanaka life lifestyle and trends. This program, which makes the taste of ordinary households together, is very popular with foreign guests. Also, our small house is located 100 meters from Yanaka Ginza, you can enjoy it in combination with a walk-in YANESEN area! You will be able to find the real YANESEN homely cooking and your loving style of the YANESEN area !! In the reservation request form, please tell us your request menus.
