Darcy was wonderful, energetic and enthusiastic. My daughter, who initially was moaning about having to "go to a museum again" was all smiles at the end and said she had a great time! We both learned a lot.

We did the private British Museum and Tower of London tours on a trip to London with our 7 and 10 year old boys. Before this, we’ve never been able to keep our kids interested at a museum for more than one hour max. But our guide Alexandra was amazing and had them engaged the entire time for both tours! The British Museum tour was around 3 hours long and the Tower of London was about 3.5 hours. Alexandra did a great job keeping the kids engaged with a fun scavenger hunt, activities and flash cards. While kid oriented, the tour was also interesting for grownups - as Alexandra is extremely knowledgeable (about basically everything). She was also great about (very politely) pushing back when museum staff tried to close an exhibit 10 minutes early. I highly recommend - especially if you have school- age children. This was one of the splurges we made for tie trip and I’m so glad we did. It was worth the price. I would definitely use this tour company again if we ever take another family trip to London.

We had the best time with Lucy, touring the British Museum in London. She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and just a joy to spend the morning with. She kept my whole family (grandparents, parents, a tween and 9 year old) utterly fascinated with the exhibits she cherry-picked to show us. We would definitely work with Pinocchio Tours again the next time we are in London, and would absolutely request Lucy. We ran into her the following day at The Tour of London and regretted not having her guide us through that site, as well!
