5.00we were provided a detailed location of where our driver would meet us. He was on time and waiting for us when we arrived at the location. He contacted the water taxi enroute and walked us over. The water taxi driver delivered us to the end location. He also assisted us with getting the bags off of the water taxi. The whole process was absolutely seamless. There was no waiting at all. A very pleasant experience after a long international flight.

5.00Our driver Gabrielle was excellent! He was on time, called as soon as we were off the plane, had a sign with our name on it, and had a nice clean vehicle with plenty of room to accommodate us. He dropped us right to the front of our hotel and gave us some tips for our stay. Very kind and pleasant!

2.00Followed instructions to meet driver just outside baggage claim, driver was not there waiting for us. We reserved a minivan and driver was in a hatchback, said we were supposed to have only two bags, we had six total. Could not enter car from driver side back seat, had to get in on other side and scoot over, large counsel in the middle that was difficult to get by. Seats were horribly stained. Vehicle needed brakes desperately and would grind every time we slowed down. Driver was very courteous and helped with luggage to get water taxi, but told us normally you are on your own.
