We had a great ride from the airport into our hotel in London. Our driver kept was very kind and friendly which made the trip fun. Highly recommend!

1.00The transfer company absolutely did not know what they’re doing, and I had sent it from the United States of America to be picked up at London, airport! They had no idea what they were doing and kept calling over and over to find out the pick up time which they were given four months prior to travel date.

1.00There was a problem with our booking. The wrong flight number was shown, effecting the pick-up time. I first called the Tour Operator who referred me back to Viator. I spoke with Viator who could not reach the tour operator. They told me there was nothing they could do and there was no path for escalating my concern. When I became upset and insisted on better service, they were somehow able to reach the tour operator. The tour operator said they couldn't provide the service at the correct time and would not issue a refund. Viator also refused to refund me. I had to book with another tour operator, paying twice for the same service. I would never book with this tour operator again.
