Great diverse experience. Francisco covered architecture, history, art of the city. Very knowledgeable but even better so enjoyable to be with. Best one on one tour I ever had in 3o years traveling around the world. Would highly recommend a tour with him.

Spending 4 hours with Francisco walking in El Centro de CDMX was like spending a wonderful afternoon with a very knowledgeable friend. He was informed and talked about historical facts and their political ramifications. He was curious about each of us three as human beings and asked good questions, integrating his narrative to our interests. He brought his love of and knowledge about poetry to the poets and artists whose work we viewed in various exhibitions. And last but not least, we went to his favourite taco shop in Mexico and introduced us to Aztec tacos! He gets my top rating!!

Francisco was a great tour guide, who speaks very good English. He communicated with me before our trip even started, and the tour felt very personal. We enjoyed his dialogue and knowledge of history. I would recommend scheduling this tour early in your trip, as he also provided recommendations for food, culture, and sightseeing for the rest of our stay.

Our private tour with Francisco was absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our time in Mexico City. He brings a level of insight, nuance, and storytelling that transforms a simple walk through the city into a rich and unforgettable journey. What stood out most was how he wove together history, culture, politics, and personal anecdotes with clarity and depth. He doesn’t just show you the landmarks—he helps you understand the layers of meaning behind them, the stories you’d never find in a guidebook. You can feel how much he loves and understands this city. Francisco was warm, engaging, and completely tailored the experience to our interests and pace. He welcomed all of our questions and made us feel like we were exploring the city with an old friend. If you want more than just a sightseeing tour—if you want a meaningful, intellectually stimulating, and truly personal experience—don’t miss this tour with Francisco. It was an honor to spend time with him, and we left inspired and more connected to Mexico City than we ever expected.

Francesco is a really knowledgable profesional guide. He doesnt just show the main turist spots but also some hidden gems. At the same time he tunes in to your needs at preferences and adapts to that. I had a very pleasant experience with him and recomend him fully.

Book this tour immediately! After our tour ended, my husband and I both agreed this was the best walking tour we’ve ever done. Francisco made us feel like we were truly walking around the city with a friend. He brought the city to life for us in a way nobody has done for us on a walking tour. His knowledge of the history, art and culture of the city is impressive. I also appreciated how he took the time after the tour to send us recommendations for the rest of our stay in the city.

I had a great 4-hour tour with Francisco, seeing parts of the city I had not seen before including treasures inside several public buildings. Francisco is personable and friendly. He speaks nearly perfect English, and Spanish, of course. He provided great insight into history, art and architecture in a personal, informal tone as if we had been friends for a long time. We stopped for tacos at a little restaurant and also had a couple bathroom/rest breaks. I especially enjoyed the Diego Rivera murals at the Secretaria de Educacion. The tour was easy to schedule, and Francisco provided clear instructions before the tour about when and where to meet. (Leave a little extra time to get to the meeting place in the morning in case there is traffic.) He also recommended a good place to catch an Uber back to my hotel. Highly recommended!

Francisco is a great guide. Personable, knowledgeable, and funny. He made it a point to have one-on-one time with each of the four of us to get to know us, which was appreciated ... and rare. He will customize a tour to fit your wishes. We wanted to see the Belles Artes and the Post Office, so he planned our route to see those and some other amazing spots. Definitely add the Museo Vivo del Muralismo to your itinerary. He took us there (never heard of it) and we experienced dozens of floor-to-ceiling Diego Rivera murals. He also took us to some tucked-away gems that I bet aren't on run-of-the-mill tours. A two or three hour tour is probably optimum. NOTE: we didn't get inside the Post Office or Belles Artes because is was Monday and all museums are closed on Monday whether on a tour or self-guided.
