The Sainte-Chapelle is a royal chapel in the Gothic style, within the medieval Palais de la Cité, the residence of the Kings of France until the 14th century.
Pantheon
The Panthéon is a combination of neoclassical and gothic architecture, modeled after the one in Rome. In 1744, Louis XV, travelling from Metz, fell ill, and vowed to build a sumptuous monument to St. Genevieve, patroness of Paris, if he recovered. That is how the Panthéon was born, as a church.

5.00It was magnificent, a lot of knowledge, wonderful personality, was easy to speak with. Hears great stories and he (our guide) was accommodating to our priorities in the trip whether we wanted to spend more time or less at some location. Our best tour of our Paris trip!

5.00Carlos Gonzalez is an amazing guide. Very helpful and his English is excellent. He knows so much about the history of the area and is very attentive to what you want to see. The Latin Quarter is full of different eras of Paris, as well as the Sorbonne. Carlos is great at giving you choices and providing the context behind the building or statues or churches. We loved our time with him. Great afternoon!
