Start your journey at the iconic Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlatelolco. Here, you will witness the fusion of three eras of Mexican history: pre-Hispanic, colonial, and modern. Admire the colonial church of Santiago and see the modern buildings surrounding the plaza.

We will continue our tour at the Basilica of Guadalupe, one of the most important sanctuaries in the Catholic world. We will visit the miraculous image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, discover the beauty of the old baroque basilica, and marvel at the modern structure of the new basilica, designed to receive thousands of pilgrims. You will learn about the history of the apparitions of the Virgin and their deep cultural and religious significance.

We will end this impressive tour at the Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacán. We will visit the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. This site will transport you to a time when Teotihuacán was a cultural and religious center of great importance.

Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe

The Basilica of Guadalupe is one of the most important sanctuaries in the Catholic world. Here you can see the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, which according to tradition miraculously appeared on the cloak of Saint Juan Diego. You can also visit the old baroque basilica and the modern one, designed to receive thousands of pilgrims each year.

Miguel & Ricardo were great. Lots of great information was shared with us. We made one stop for a super quick overview and tasting of alcohol. Which was perfect for us because we didn’t want the tourist selling stop. They accommodated are requests. I would definitely recommend this tour and guides.

Miguel and Ricardo were excellent guides and gave us a very memorable Christmas. When we were originally looking to book an activity we saw so many of these similar guided group tours, but we are so glad we decided to go for a private VIP tour with Miguel. This offered our small group of 3 a lot more freedom and flexibility with how much time we wanted to spend at each place and more time to ask questions etc. They also helped take all our photos and videos. The van was spacious and Miguel drove very comfortably to avoid any harsh road conditions. There were also umbrellas provided because there is no shade at all when you get to the ruins. Thank you for a great experience!

We were fortunate to find Miguel, with Father and Son Tours, who provided an in depth tour of Teotihuacán and the Basilica. He took care of all of the details related to our tour, and was a wealth of knowledge. We travelled with our 2 teenagers, who remained fully engaged with the information that Miguel shared. We had such a positive experience that we booked Miguel for a tour of Coyoacán and Xochimilco. We will not hesitate to reach out to Miguel the next time we visit CDMX.

We had the absolute best experience with Miquel and his dad and would recommend them to anyone! Miquel provided us with private tours and had so much knowledge about Mexican history! I can’t wait to go back to Mexico City again and I will for sure book Father and son tours again!

A super private tour, we loved it! We went in January, I think it was because of our Airbnb that we found your card. Super punctual and accommodated us to the schedule we wanted. The very friendly Guide and Driver, experts in the history of the city and the pyramids. Next visit anyway we will be contacting you 😀. Super recommended!

Miguel picked my wife and I up from our hotel in Mexico City and drover us to visit the pyramids. The car was clean and the ride was comfortable. Miguel was wonderful and knowledgeable of the sites and I would highly recommend.

An excellent family business, from the beginning they make you feel at home. Miguel (father), Miguel (son) and Don Roberto are extraordinary people, with exquisite knowledge about their culture. I recommend 100%. We tour Teotihuacan, Xochimilco and Taxco. They also provide Airport-Hotel-Airport pick-up service. Service 20/10.
