Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
No charge for delays; we track flights and adjust pickup. Free waiting time: 30 mins after your chosen pickup, then £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

What To Expect
Once a passenger has booked a journey from London Heathrow Airport to Gatwick Airport, we track the live flight status. Each passenger is asked to request pick up time after the flight arrival time while making a reservation with us. In the event of any flight delays, we amend the pick up time. For Heathrow hotels to Gatwick Airport transfers, our driver will be at Hotel reception on requested pickup time. Average times to clear Customs and get luggage at Heathrow Airport: (This is for guidance purposes only): Domestic Flights: 15 mins after flight landing time. European Flights : 45 mins after flight landing time. International Flights : 60 mins after flight landing time For Heathrow hotels to Gatwick airport transfers, our driver will be at Hotel reception on requested pickup time. We provide a high-quality airport-to-airport service.

3.00Our driver was great. However our flight was delayed and according to the contract, the flight is tracked and the driver adjusted accordingly. No driver was waiting when we arrived - well within the 1 hour time frame. It took 4 phone calls and 1 hour wait time for our driver to finally show up. The experience did not live up to the commitments outlined in the original email contract!

5.00Viator arranged for Aneta to pick up 4 adults at LHR for a transfer to LGW. Viator made the booking process easy and the communication was always thorough. Our flight was about 5 hours late arriving, but Viator quickly adjusted our schedule because of the delay. When I booked the transfer I allocated 90 minutes to go through Customs and Immigration. Much to our delight, we arrived in the lobby within 30 minutes of our arrival. Once again good communication with and from Viator and our lovely driver Aneta met us about 15 minutes later. Aneta was professional, courteous and an excellent driver. Her car was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Aneta and Viator.

5.00We got a great friendly driver for our trip from Heathrow to Gatwick. His car was big enough for our family and luggage too. Booking with viator via call was easy and I got the payment link quick enough, however, there was a delay sending the booking to a taxi company and I had to call when the driver did not arrive on time.
