What To Expect
Your reservation information reaches our reservation center, which can contact you for more information about your flight. An operator waits at the airport exit with a banner in his name. It takes you to the vehicle to then go to your hotel, home or Airbnb in the city of Oaxaca. Our punctuality policy does not require that you cannot wait more than 10 minutes after the established pickup time.

5.00We booked round trip from the airport to our Airbnb. It was comforting to know that those transfers were all taken care of for a party of 9, ages 7 to 74. The vans were nice and comfortable and the drivers helpful—including making a stop at a bureau de change when the line at the airport was very long.
