5.00Ana made the booking of the tour extremely easy. She was thorough in understanding the sites of Madrid that were most important to me. I also appreciated that she went above and beyond to recommend the best restaurants for lunch and dinner—they did not disappoint! Maria was our tour guide. She was on time, at the meeting point, easy to find, and cheerful from the moment we met her. After our initial introductions, I felt like she was a long time friend as she was very personable and friendly. I had been to Madrid many times before but I learned more from Maria than I had ever before. It is such a beautiful city and Maria made sure to inform us about the smallest facts to the big ones too. As a Madrid native, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). I also appreciated that she didn’t rush us when we wanted to take photos or pause to take in the beautiful views. Maria was also very good with pointing out places we should come back to and at the end of the tour she gave us a list of places and restaurants to go (and tourist trap places to avoid). Thank you Maria and Ana! You made my Madrid experience the most memorable yet! I can’t wait to come back and explore more…maybe to do their Prado tour which I also heard is incredible!

We passed through Madrid with my family (11 people) but with little time and in one morning we could know the whole city in a private transport for us, with a fabulous guide, Madrid, friendly, who gave us a lot of types of restaurants and typical customs and also we all entered the Royal Palace without waiting for lines!!! 5.00Our private Madrid tour with Ignatio was better than advertised—truly one of the highlights of our entire trip! If you’re visiting Madrid, do this tour on Day 1. You’ll walk away with a deep appreciation of the city and the confidence to navigate like a local the rest of your stay. Ignatio was absolutely perfect—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. His insight into the Royal Palace was over the top, and he even got us access to areas the general public doesn’t see. We learned more in a few hours than we ever could have on our own. As a bonus, Ignatio also served as our personal photographer—snapping amazing photos throughout the day. By the end, my phone was nearly out of battery but filled with incredible memories! Highly recommend this experience. If you’re lucky enough to get Ignatio as your guide, you’re in for something truly special.
